In early 2019, I decided to contribute to Shopify as a Partner. Six months later, on June 18, 2019, I decided to attend my first Shopify Unite. I was very familiar with the Shopify ecosystem but wanted to meet other partners, network, and discuss with Shopify's staff.

I was impressed! I had been to other tech conferences, but the vibe at Unite was very different. I felt motivated.

A few days later, I decided to concentrate my time and effort in helping merchants launch or optimize their Shopify initiatives. In the following months, I delivered more than 10 Shopify projects, all great successes, and all while keeping my full-time-ish job as an Ecommerce product owner. 

I have to say, 2019 was a very busy year, and I learned a lot. The future looks promising!
